Delete your data
Last updated: 25 October 2026
We don't have any of your data to delete. Castwide has no accounts and doesn't send anything about you to us. Everything it saved is on your own PC, so you can delete it yourself in a minute. These steps also cover data requests from Facebook (Meta), Google and the other platforms.
Step 1: Delete what Castwide saved on your PC
- Close Castwide (right-click its icon by the clock and choose Quit, if it's there).
- Uninstall it: Windows Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Castwide > Uninstall. (Using the Portable version? Just delete the
.exefile.) - Press Windows + R, type
%APPDATA%and press Enter. - Delete the Castwide folder. This removes your settings, stream keys, sign-ins, designs, stream history and crash reports. If you see a MultiStreamRelay folder (Castwide's old name), delete that too.
- If you used recording, delete any videos you don't want in
Videos\Castwide(or the folder you picked). - Delete any crash report or diagnostics files you saved yourself (for example on your Desktop).
Uninstalling alone keeps the %APPDATA%\Castwide folder, so your settings are still there if you reinstall. Step 4 is what removes them.
Step 2: Remove Castwide's access on each platform
Signing out in Castwide deletes the sign-in from your PC. To also cancel the permission on the platform's side:
| Platform | Where to remove Castwide |
|---|---|
| YouTube / Google | myaccount.google.com/permissions > Castwide > Remove access |
| Facebook > Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites > Castwide > Remove | |
| Twitch | Twitch > Settings > Connections > Other Connections > Castwide > Disconnect |
| Kick | Kick > your profile picture > Settings > Connections > Castwide > remove |
| Discord | Discord > User Settings > Authorized Apps > Castwide > Deauthorize. To remove the bot, open your server > Server Settings > Integrations. |
| Streamlabs | Streamlabs dashboard > Settings > Connected apps (or API Settings) > Castwide > remove |
| StreamElements | Castwide uses a token you pasted. To cancel it, regenerate your JWT token in StreamElements > Account > Channels. |
| X | Castwide uses your own X developer keys. Regenerate or delete them in the X Developer Portal. |
| Stream keys (any platform) | To be extra safe, reset your stream key in the platform's dashboard. The old key then stops working everywhere. |
Facebook data deletion requests
Castwide doesn't store any Facebook data on our side. The only Facebook data is the sign-in token and your Page names on your own PC. Removing Castwide in Facebook (Step 2) cancels the token, and deleting the Castwide folder (Step 1) removes it from your PC. There's nothing for us to delete, so no confirmation code is needed.
Crash reports you uploaded
If you uploaded a crash report on this website, it's deleted automatically after 90 days. To have it deleted sooner, open an issue on GitHub with the reference ID you were given (it looks like CW-ABCDE-FGHJK). Don't include anything else private.
