Send a crash report

Castwide saves crash reports on your PC only. If you'd like help, upload the file here and we'll use it to find and fix the problem.

1. Save the report from Castwide

1. In Castwide, open Settings and scroll to Crash reports. Click Save next to the report. (When Castwide tells you something went wrong, you can also click Save crash report… straight away.)
2. Choose where to put it (your Desktop is fine) and click Save. You'll get a .zip file.

Stream keys, tokens, passwords and your Windows user name are removed from the file before it's saved. You can open it and check before uploading.

2. Upload it

What happens to it

• Only the Castwide developer can read it, and only to fix bugs.
• We keep the file and your description for 90 days, then they're deleted automatically.
• No account, no cookies, and we don't keep your IP address.
• You'll get a reference ID. If you want to talk about the problem or want the report deleted sooner, open a GitHub issue and mention the ID.
